A wellâestablished and highly respected electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their growing delivery team. The business has an excellent reputation in the market and regularly partners with Tier 1 Main Contractors across commercial, residential and healthcare sectors.
The Role
You will take full commercial and operational responsibility for circa 4 live projects, including:
- Commercial office fitâout (Central London)
- Care home projects (Surrey)
- Highâend residential schemes (South West London)
The position will be primarily site and office based, with working from home flexibility once you have proven yourself in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of multiple electrical projects from preâconstruction through to handover.
- Manage site teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Liaise closely with main contractors, consultants and clients.
- Commercial control including variations, valuations and final accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up).
- Strong background in commercial, residential or healthcare projects.
- Experience working with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
- Excellent organisational and clientâfacing skills.
- SMSTS / relevant electrical qualifications preferred.
Package
ÂŁ90,000 - ÂŁ95,000 basic salary. Competitive package including car allowance, pension and benefits. Longâterm opportunity with a contractor known for repeat business and staff retention.
