An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Construction Coordinator to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor. The Digital Construction Coordinator will support the project team with regards to the application of BIM and Digital Construction methodologies, helping to implement the project digital construction strategy and ensuring information management consistency in accordance with the company's standards.

The BIM team improves quality and construction project performance by implementing digital tools and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to implement BIM across two major commercial refurbishment schemes.

Desired Experience:

  • Essential to have UK principal contractor experience, working on project sites or client-side delivering developments.
  • Experience of project management in the implementing of BIM process, technology and training.
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement.
  • BIM certified professional or a high level of experience of BIM information management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ISO 19650 suite of standards.
  • Experience using BIM for project delivery including programming, logistics and quality management.
