Fawkes & Reece are supporting a leading Tier 1 contractor on a £800m multi-storey data centre project in London. The Design Coordinator will join the project team to coordinate steelwork and façade design packages from pre-construction through delivery, working closely with the Senior Design Manager and project team.
You will manage design submissions, RFIs, and interface coordination across structural, architectural and MEP packages, while supporting BIM coordination and ensuring compliance.
