Salary: £35K- £48K per Year

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full Time (5 days a week in Canary Wharf)

Required Background: Need to come from a strong construction background.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the planning and delivery of communications across the organisation.
  • Draft project content for the website, capability documents, brochures, live projects.
  • Integrate corporate branding, tone of voice and narrative into text, supported by relevant images.
  • Develop, write, manage and post a range of content on the company's internal and external communications channels (intranet, internal emails, website, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Develop robust relationships with sector leads, project teams in company function teams, providing communications support.
  • Manage effective internal communications channels and build trust across the organisation, driving impactful change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Ensure the company's brand guidelines are followed in all communications activities, briefing our external graphic designer.
