Responsibilities:
- Support in the planning and delivery of communications across the organisation.
- Draft project content for the website, capability documents, brochures, live projects.
- Integrate corporate branding, tone of voice and narrative into text, supported by relevant images.
- Develop, write, manage and post a range of content on the company's internal and external communications channels (intranet, internal emails, website, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop robust relationships with sector leads, project teams in company function teams, providing communications support.
- Manage effective internal communications channels and build trust across the organisation, driving impactful change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
- Ensure the company's brand guidelines are followed in all communications activities, briefing our external graphic designer.
