A leading Region Contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their business. This is an outstanding business with a fantastic pipeline of future works, with an exceptional reputation as one of the paramount prospering businesses in the construction industry. Traditionally specialising in an extensive variety of schemes on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Administrator will be based out of Head Office in Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
- Monitor and manage company mailbox and phone line
- Consistently update project trackers
- Routinely track training matrixes
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
- Understanding of ISO9001, ISO4001 & ISO45001
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
