An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy Customer Care team within a leading UK housebuilder. This role is focused on delivering high-quality post-completion customer service, ensuring defects and queries are managed efficiently and resolved within agreed timeframes. You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their warranty period, supporting a smooth and positive aftercare experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer issues post-completion in line with service standards and warranty expectations
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing updates and maintaining high service levels
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely defect resolution
  • Support appointment scheduling, inspections, and follow-up works
  • Assist with managing complaints and escalating issues where required
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and support survey engagement

Requirements
