You'll be running a £12m industrial project made up of two units in Westcliff-on-Sea. This isn't a plug-and-play job - you'll be involved from enabling works and groundworks right through to final fit out, managing the full lifecycle on site.
There's a strong client-facing element here, so you'll need to be sharp, professional, and comfortable holding your own in meetings while representing both the contractor and the client properly.
Responsibilities for Site Manager- Manage the full project from enabling works through to completion
- Coordinate all subcontractors and keep the programme moving
- Maintain high health & safety and quality standards across site
- Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with client and stakeholders

- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager, ideally industrial builds
