Multi-Skilled Joiner required in the Middlesbrough area to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. You will be working on various Kitchen and Bathroom schemes.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties, ripping out kitchens and removing tiles, installing a new kitchen with the carcasses coming built up, install three courses of tiles, plaster-patching and painting it all white.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break – Monday to Friday. This contract is ongoing.

- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
- 12 months work !
