Our client is a major tier 1 contractor delivering works on a flagship HS2 project in North West London. They are seeking a Section Engineer to support the delivery of the Utilities & Highways Package
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of highways, utilities and civil engineering works.
- Manage setting out, quality assurance and technical compliance on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
- Review and produce engineering documentation including RAMS, ITPs and permits.
- Liaise with design teams to resolve technical queries and construction challenges.
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications and standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a Section Engineer on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Strong background in highways, utilities, drainage or heavy civils.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or major infrastructure project.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable.
- Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
