We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer / Handyman to join our team on a full-time basis.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm
Duties will include:
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
- Changing locks and handles
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance works
- Weekly checks of fire call points
- Testing AOV systems and smoke alarms
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good practical and maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance preferred
