Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning communal areas within residential buildings
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning stairwells, lifts, entrances, and shared facilities
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety issues
Additional Duties:
- Assisting the caretaker with bin collections every Tuesday. This will involve some heavy lifting and manual handling.
