The Role
- Full site management of a traditional build residential development
- Driving a PIJ-winning culture through quality, attention to detail and strong processes
- Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards and company build specifications
- Managing health & safety, programme and cost control
- Leading, motivating and developing site teams and subcontractors
- Maintaining excellent site presentation and customer satisfaction levels
- Producing accurate reporting and liaising with senior management
About You
You will be a proven Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong background working for a PLC housebuilder, comfortable operating within structured processes and high expectations. You will ideally have:
- Extensive experience managing traditional build housing developments
- A strong NHBC track record with demonstrable PIJ results or aspirations
- A PLC housebuilder background
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid qualifications
- A quality-first, right-first-time approach to construction
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
