Tenant Liaison Officer required to work in Harrow on a E.W.I, Roofing and Externals scheme. This contract is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer with a background working on E.W.I, Roofing and Externals scheme. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, you will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and good IT skills.
Job Role Includes:
- Deliver clear and effective communications to customers and residents about the nature and scope of works.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Coordinate access arrangements to ensure works are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
- Resolve access-related or resident issues promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, access arrangements, and issue resolutions for project documentation.
Essential:
- Driving Licence, own transport, previous experience/similar job role
£19 - £20 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay / Umbrella
Monday to Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week
