Provide support to the project Manager and site team. Collate, input and keep up to date Viewpoint (4P) site management filing system, Smart Waste, and ensure end of month systems compliance.

Be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required). Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery. Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance.

Allocating incoming mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally. Collate and keep up to date tracking documents/database.

Arrange necessary stationery and cleaning supplies for the office (as required). Collate and keep diaries for senior staff and meeting rooms within the office (as required).

Any other duties associated with this position which are related to the objectives of the Team or contribute to individual development.
