We\’re Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: North East / North West
Sectors: Commercial
Project Types: Fast food chain refurbishments
Payrate: £280 – £300 a day
Duration: 3-4 week projects ONGOING
Fawkes & Reece are hiring for Freelance Site Managers for upcoming fasttrack fast food restaurant refurbishments in the North East and North West. The ideal candidate will have worked on fast food restaurants previously and/or have worked on fas track refurbishment projects. These projects will be ongoing and accommodation is paid for if needing to stay away.
What You’ll Do as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Manage fast track refurb projects on fastfood chain.
- Ensure project is on-time and to client specification. (3-4 week)
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Working some weekends will be required
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience working on commercial fasttrack food refurb projects or fast track refurbs.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel
- Day rate
- Accommodation paid by contractor
- Weekly pay on a Friday
