Key Responsibilities of a Freelance Project Planner:
- Develop programmes using tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Plan and sequence works around handovers and occupied areas.
- Develop programmes for works in buildings.
- Update programmes weekly with site progress.
- Produce progress reports and dashboards.
- Support extensions of time submissions under NEC or JCT contracts.
- Work closely with Project Director, Project Manager, site coordinators, and commercial team.
- Attend client and subcontractor meetings.
Requirements for the Freelance Project Planner:
- Minimum 4 years previous experience within construction sector.
- Experience working on commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of managing NEC or JCT contracts.
- Proficiency in programmes such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- UK driving licence is preferred.
Day rate flexible. Weekly pay on a Friday.
