Overview
I\βm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager on their major RC frame residential scheme based in South London.
As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of 30 apartment units from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for dealing with subcontractors on site, managing health and safety on site and reporting into the Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience working for residential main contractors/developers and have experience in delivering units to a timely and high standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a block of 30 apartment units from 2nd fix stage through to handover.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors on site.
- Manage health and safety on site.
- Report to the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience working for residential main contractors/developers.
- Proven ability to deliver units to a timely and high standard.
- Role is until May 2026.
