At Fawkes & Reece we are currently assisting a Regional Contractor hiring for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established and long-standing finance team.
Responsibilities for Finance Administrator:
- Monitor and report expenses and company cars, keeping an up-to-date record and chasing where required.
- Update subcontractor insurance and self-bill assignments, whilst monitoring subcontractor order reports.
- Assist with the annual audit.
- Management and maintenance of relevant systems.
Requirements for Finance Administrator:
- Previous experience as a Finance Administrator, particularly a background within the construction sector would be advantageous.
- Strong IT software experience, including MS Office & Excel.
- Diligence and highly analytical nature.
