You will report directly to a Director and will look after the following;

  • Acting as the lead interface for the internal and (if relevant) clients external document control system
  • Ensure all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system (Enterprise)
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded to the client\’s document control system, maintaining up to date, organised and tidy folders and supersede old documents with new revisions
  • Ensure a document tracker is created and kept up to date for all documents submitted to the Client/ Principal Contractor
