We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Secretary to join a leading Tier 1 contractor based on a flagship project in Wiltshire. This is a contract position, with 19 month longevity on this scheme. Offering plenty of opportunity for professional development and exposure. You will be based on site five days a week, working hours are 8:30 - 16:30.
Responsibilities
- Email management and diary management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
- Supporting the site team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- Attending to all visitors, organising meetings etc
- Management and maintenance of preferred documentation systems
Qualifications
We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client. Key attributes include previous experience within a similar role. It is essential for the nature of this role to come from a construction background with previous site based experience. Key attributes will include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft packages, with an organised and proactive approach to work.
