We are working with a well established, stable and highly reputable Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos - the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates. They are proud to make a difference to communities across the North West by providing critical upgrades to homes and buildings in the region. The company work with a number of Local Authorities and Housing Providers throughout the region.

As a result of growth, they are recruiting for a Design and Compliance Manager to join their Refurbishment division on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide ongoing design and compliance guidance to all operational staff across the business, building a culture of best practice whilst upholding the existing ethos of the business. You will play an important role in ensuring refurbishment projects are delivered to the highest standards of design integrity and compliance.
