Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for your next opportunity with a leading house builder?

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity on a new development in Colchester, where you will play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the full home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage prospective buyers from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange and completion.
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the development, properties and surrounding lifestyle.
  • Provide expert advice on available homes, pricing, incentives, specifications and current offers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional level of service throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Proactively follow up enquiries and generate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and construction teams to ensure a smooth customer journey through to handover.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest possible standard.

About You

  • Proven experience successfully heading up or independently managing a single-manned development.
  • Strong knowledge of the new homes sales process, from enquiry through to completion.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • The ability to confidently manage customers and sales activity independently.
  • A professional, proactive and target-driven approach.
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends, as this is a 7-day site.
