Contracts Manager opportunity working for a major blue chip main contractor who operate across Essex and Suffolk with a big focus on education, life science and commercial projects valued between £40-£70 million. About the role of Contracts Manager:

This Contracts Manager will be managing multiple education projects across Essex and Suffolk areas, managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction in accordance with the contract.

Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:

  • This Contracts Manager will report into the regional Director and have a team reporting into them made up of Project Managers.
  • Managing multiple contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with the clients' expectations.
  • Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design teams and value engineering.
  • Preparation of tenders at initial stages through to final stages and building relationships with clients.
