This Contracts Manager will be managing multiple education projects across Essex and Suffolk areas, managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction in accordance with the contract.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:
- This Contracts Manager will report into the regional Director and have a team reporting into them made up of Project Managers.
- Managing multiple contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with the clients' expectations.
- Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design teams and value engineering.
- Preparation of tenders at initial stages through to final stages and building relationships with clients.
