A leading Tier 1 main contractor is delivering a major hospital development in London and is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for the MEP packages on this flagship healthcare scheme. This is a senior, project-critical role offering long-term work on one of London's most high-profile healthcare projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of MEP packages
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Supporting project leadership and commercial strategy
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Background working for a Tier 1 MEP or main contractor
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
- Strong commercial and contractual skillset
