Need someone with EDMS & Construction experience.
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site operational processes
- Conduct health and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Facilitate site inductions and routine site inspections
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all drawings and records are accurately stored and maintained
- Administer and monitor compliance processes across projects
- Upload and manage labour acquisition records
- Create security access passes and coordinate project induction setups
- Review and manage incoming timesheets for accuracy and approval
- Order project materials and process supplier invoices
Ideal experience:
