Responsibilities
- Manage document flow, ensuring all revision-controlled documents are accurately administered.
- Set up and maintain project filing systems in alignment with company procedures.
- Assist in collating handover files and supporting Quality Audits processes.
- Compile Health and Safety/Environmental files and handle office archiving.
- Prepare weekly Resource Allocation sheets and organize security passes for new inductees daily.
- Coordinate Project Team Events, including Client Meet and Greets and Handover Celebrations.
- Engaging with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and communicating ideas to enhance processes.
