Need to come from a strong construction background.

The position is to work with a large Property Developer, who have recently expanded their business to have a focus on furniture, fitting & equipment. They currently own & operate 4 student blocks with circa 1000 beds and have a pipeline of 10 further student accommodation sites.

They are looking for someone who can find the work & be proactive, with the right mentality. There may also be occasional travel to China to build/maintain relationships. They have all the infrastructure and pre-existing setup and relationships, so need someone who can build on top of this.

They are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the business growth and help them to expand on this new division they have with the wider business.
