Vinyl Floor Layer required to work on tenanted and voided properties in Chesterfield. You will be laying down vinyl safety floors in bathrooms/wet rooms.
The Client
Our client is an award-winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
- Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties in Sheffield and installing vinyl safety floors in bathrooms and wet rooms.
- The floors will be safety and cap&cove.
- The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break - Monday to Friday.
- The work is ongoing.
- Street Parking.
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who works on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region.
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a floor layer.
- Social housing experience.
- Own Welder.
- Own Van.
- You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
