Vinyl Floor Layer required to work on tenanted and voided properties in Chesterfield. You will be laying down vinyl safety floors in bathrooms/wet rooms.

The Client

Our client is an award-winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

  • Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties in Sheffield and installing vinyl safety floors in bathrooms and wet rooms.
  • The floors will be safety and cap&cove.
  • The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break - Monday to Friday.
  • The work is ongoing.
  • Street Parking.
  • Work with a reputable social housing contractor who works on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region.
  • Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a floor layer.
  • Social housing experience.
  • Own Welder.
  • Own Van.
  • You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
