Finisher required in Chesterfield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs and kitchen and bathroom schemes.

The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Derbyshire regions.

The Role
Main duties are boxing in pipe work, hanging cupboard doors, silicone joints, attaching skirtings, plaster-patching and odd bit of painting. The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 12 months work.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Finisher/Multi-Skilled Trades
Social housing experience
Own Tools
Valid CSCS Card
Own Transport
You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
