We are hiring for a temp Customer Service Advisor based in Cheadle for a Social Housing retrofit company, specialising in retrofit, EWI, loft insulation, solar panels. Starting ASAP.
The Customer Service Advisor will be office based, you will be the central link between our residents, internal departments, and external contractors. You will provide frontline support with back-office coordination to ensure a seamless customer journey, essentially supporting internal departments while acting as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding upcoming works and service schedules.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Contacting tenants via phone and email to advise on upcoming maintenance or improvement works and scheduling appointments. NO COLD CALLING.
- Providing adhoc admin assistance to various departments, including data entry and document preparation.
- Handling inbound calls and emails from tenants and clients, providing advice and resolving queries.
- Managing and escalating customer complaints or maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Collaborating with site and maintenance teams to coordinate a successful service journey.
Customer Service experience is essential!
