Exciting opportunity working for a leading tier one main contractor with an escalating turnover and plenty of opportunity ahead for growth. This is a great opportunity to work under the Project Director on a large 2,500+ unit, new build housing scheme, which has a pipeline of work over the next 10 years. You would be overseeing all build and commercial aspects of the long-term scheme, building a team and ensuring the project remains on time and within budget. This project will be across multiple phases and mainly be traditional build, low rise houses and flats.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop site teams
  • Help implement new procedures
  • Oversee multiple phases from groundworks to completion
  • Oversee pre-start planning, delivery, and post-completion activities
  • Liaise with clients
