As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing 3 - 4 residential schemes with valuations of £130 million, £20 million, £25 million, and £30 million. Key Responsibilities of Managing Quantity Surveyor:- Attend regular team meetings
- Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
- Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
- Review project cash flows with the team and present to the Commercial Director
- Maintain positive and successful client relationships
- Managing full upstream process
- Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
- Final Accounting
