The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.
This is a pivotal and strategic role for the business. You will be responsible for the leadership of a team consisting of BDMs and Bid Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the Business Development Managers, managing client relationships, being the company representative in client meetings and at events/conferences and more. This is a strategic role - you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, ensuring the development of relationships with Local Authorities/Housing Providers in alignment with company goals.
Required Experience:
- The successful candidate will have experience ideally working for a Main Contractor or Social Housing Contractor.
- Excellent network of contacts within this industry.
- You should also have experience of managing teams of Business Development Managers.
The role will be based in North West but will require travel nationally including to the company’s regional offices across the country and to conferences, events etc.
