We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Electrical to join our clients' team on a high-end commercial project in Central London near Liverpool Street station. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site
  • Coordinate M&E installations in line with the overall project programme
  • Review and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
  • Chair and lead building services coordination meetings
  • Ensure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health & safety standards
  • Manage commissioning activities and oversee final system handover

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an M&E Manager with an Electrical background
  • Background in delivering commercial construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installations
  • Solid understanding of BMS and lighting control systems
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packages
  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS certification
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
