We are currently working with a leading residential developer to assist in their search for a Project Manager near Bracknell. This will be on a 400 unit, mix of traditional build and RC frame housing project, where they are looking for a strong Manager to lead the project from start to finish.
As Project Manager, you would be overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover, managing a team of Site Managers, Assistants and Trainees. Our client has many traditional build and RC frame projects across Berkshire and Oxford, with a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 400+ units of traditional build and RC frame homes.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
- Oversee the whole build process.
