Bathroom Fitter required in Grantham to start 30th of June to work on a kitchens and bathrooms scheme.
The Client
Our client is a regional subcontractor who specialises in working with councils and housing associations within the Yorkshire and Midlands region.
Job Description
This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:
- Ripping out old bathroom suite.
- Installing baths/shower trays dependant on the property
- Installing wash hand basins and toilet cisterns
- Laying 3-4 courses of tiles around baths/wash hand basins
They require the candidate to perform the below;
- Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
- Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs
- Ability to work with vulnerable tenants
The working hours are 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £22 per hour Umbrella/CIS or price work. Mileage is paid at 0.25p per mile. There is street parking available.
This position is for 9 months
