We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler to join our team.
As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Your precision, attention to detail, and expertise will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and durable tile installations.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, ensuring accuracy and proper alignment.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing any debris or old tiles.
- Mix and apply adhesives, mortar, or grout to secure tiles in place.
- Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and create seamless edges using appropriate tools.
- Arrange tiles in visually pleasing patterns, taking into consideration color, texture, and size variations.
Maintain consistency in tile spacing and alignment, ensuring a professional finish.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and designers to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Work with various tile materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and glass.
