We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an up-and-coming main contractor based in Bath.
The business specialises in the commercial fit-out sector and operates nationally.
Projects are a mix of Cat A and B and value up to £5m.
Responsibilities
- Pricing projects and subsequently managing them on site alongside a Contracts Manager
- Sub-contract procurement
- Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
- Deal with final accounts
Requirements
- Construction-related HNC / Degree
- Experience working within a main contractor
- Experience administering JCT forms of contract
- Must live within a commutable distance to Oxford and have the full right to work in the UK
