The Role
Fawkes and Reece agency are currently seeking an experienced NPORS Banksman / Traffic Marshal on behalf of a busy and well-established contractor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced site with an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site
- Acting as a banksman to guide operators and drivers
- Maintaining safe traffic flow and pedestrian segregation
- Communicating effectively with site teams and plant operators
- Ensuring all site health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal / Banksman card with CSCS logo (essential)
- Previous on-site experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
