Our client a respected Housebuilder are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis for an existing development in Teesside.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
- Supervision: Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, while monitoring budgets and costs to prevent overspending.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
