Are you an enthusiastic, up & coming Site Manager seeking a new and exciting challenge? Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a privately owned main contractor who operate primarily in the residential sector. This contractor is rapidly growing with over 300 employees and turnover of circa £400million. They are actively seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a residential scheme in Central London.
The Assistant Site Manager role will involve supporting your Senior Site staff with project delivery on either the internals or externals of the RC frame residential development.
Responsibilities for the Assistant Site Manager:
- Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
- Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
- Manage the subcontractors.
- Package manage either the internal fit out of the project from first fix through to completion or assist managing the externals. This will involve management of civils packages and the facade.
Requirements for the Assistant Site Manager role:
- Desired experience with RC Frame residential developments.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired.
- Leadership ability.
