About the role of Assistant Site Manager
We are working with a busy developer who is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new 200-unit development in a picturesque village. You will be reporting to the Site Manager on a daily basis, assisting with the management of a busy site to ensure properties are built to a high standard within budget and schedule.
Requirements for the Assistant Site Manager
- CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st Aid certifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role in the residential sector
- Familiarity with NHBC, LABC, and Premier standards
