We are working with a PLC house builder who is looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a new upcoming development.

About the role of Assistant Site Manager

We are working with a busy developer who is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new 200-unit development in a picturesque village. You will be reporting to the Site Manager on a daily basis, assisting with the management of a busy site to ensure properties are built to a high standard within budget and schedule.

Requirements for the Assistant Site Manager

  • CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st Aid certifications
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role in the residential sector
  • Familiarity with NHBC, LABC, and Premier standards
  • Timber frame experience (desirable)
