We are currently seeking an MEP Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is interested in joining an esteemed Tier 1 subcontractor in London. Our organisation has recently completed several high-profile projects, and as a result, we are expanding our MEP team to meet project demands.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor position will involve multiple new commercial office builds with an MEP package valued at £30 million. This role presents opportunities for career growth; you could take on oversight of additional projects within our pipeline.
The ideal applicants will possess experience on projects around the £25 million MEP value, specifically in commercial office construction. While preferences are given to those currently working with other Main Contractors, we are also open to candidates transitioning from Tier 1 MEP subcontractors who are ready to elevate their careers.
For the right candidate, we would be prepared to offer a salary up to £55K + attractive package.
