Actively recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a mix of projects including industrial warehouse projects which are steel frame and commercial new build projects in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

  • Assisting the Commercial Manager with project budgets and cost estimations
  • Support the preparation of tender documents and contractors bids
  • Managing subcontractor payments through to final accounts
  • Compile regular reports on the financial status of the project including cost analysis and forecasts

Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree in a construction related subject
  • At least 3 years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • To be keen on a site-based role where you will be mentored by the industry's best senior surveyors.
