Actively recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a mix of projects including industrial warehouse projects which are steel frame and commercial new build projects in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Assisting the Commercial Manager with project budgets and cost estimations
- Support the preparation of tender documents and contractors bids
- Managing subcontractor payments through to final accounts
- Compile regular reports on the financial status of the project including cost analysis and forecasts
Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree in a construction related subject
- At least 3 years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- To be keen on a site-based role where you will be mentored by the industry's best senior surveyors.
