About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting opportunity for an assistant quantity surveyor to join a nearly £200 million turnover fit-out business with offices spread across the country. The role would be mainly office based in Whitstable, but occasional visits to sites across London and Kent with be likely.
Responsibilities for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Working from PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Assisting surveyors, seniors and commercial managers with any day-to-day duties.
- Pricing, and managing change and variations.
Requirements for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Quantity surveying degree qualified.
- Keen learner and inquisitive attitude.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
