You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Procurement of materials & plant for new build housing developments
- Placement and control of orders, ensuring commercial awareness
- Liaising with supply chain regarding product availability, cost control, invoices queries
- To prepare material schedules from contract drawings as required
- Management of 3-4 live developments along with procuring 1-2 site commencement
- Commercial administration

Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Experience of working as an Assistant Buyer within the housebuilding sector
- Good IT skills and use of Excel & other procurement software

- Academically qualified in a relevant domain, procurement, business administration etc.
- Organised and methodical
