Fawkes & Reece are looking for a temporary Night Site Manager for up to 6 months on a student accommodation project based in Glasgow City Centre. You will be working for a well-established, national main contractor who specialises in key construction projects such as RC frame multi storey, Hotels and Student Accommodation.
As Night Site Manager you will be overseeing site teams on a 450-bedroom student accommodation project in Glasgow City Centre.
Hours of works: Monday to Friday 4.30 pm to 9 pm to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a full site team including subcontractors on site
- Ensuring the package is on time against programme
- Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance
- Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients' demands
- Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
- Ensure all paperwork is correct and updated
- Reporting and handover to ready for the Site Manager in the morning
Skills and Experience:
- SMSTS
- Previous Site Manager with multi story RC Frame experience is preferred
- Excellent Health and Safety knowledge
- Holds valid CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certificate
