Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a Tier 1 construction client who is looking to recruit a permanent Buyer to join their team based near Cookstown, Northern Ireland. Our client specialises in the construction of student accommodation, retirement living developments, and hotels. A significant proportion of their projects involve reinforced concrete (RC) frameworks, offering exposure to technically complex and large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing procurement of materials and plant for construction projects
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to achieve best value
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines
