We are looking for a Sous Chef for a Wedding Venue. My client is a distinctive style elegant venue, boutique in vision but a 4* luxury property. Part of a small group of independent wedding venues. As a Sous Chef you will be reporting to the Head Chef, assisting the brigade in the smooth running of daily weddings & events.
