Fawkes & Reece are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Receptionist to join a busy office based in Cardiff City Centre. This is a 3-week temporary assignment, starting Monday 9 February 2026.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for coordinating all front-desk activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors and managing front-of-house duties
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Filing and maintaining office records
- General office administration
- Audio typing letters and documents
- Previous reception or office administration experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to audio type accurately
- Professional and approachable manner
- Type: Temporary (3 weeks)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 6:00pm
- Location: Cardiff City Centre
